At Baancho, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy outlines your rights and the steps to initiate a return or refund.

Our return policy is of 7 days

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The item was purchased directly from Baancho (www.baancho.com).
• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

1. Contact Us: Email us at support@baancho.com or call +91 90618 07019 with your order number and details of the issue.
2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide instructions.
3. Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided in the return approval email. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or wallet credit.

Partial refunds may be granted if the item is returned in a used or damaged condition.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange a product, contact us at support@baancho.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

• If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs.
• For all other returns, shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, contact us at support@baancho.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned according to this policy.
